At Finefurnishings4less we do not supply seconds products. All our products are supplied from the manufacturer with standard warranty.
Please ensure that you inspect each item thoroughly as soon as it arrives and notify us of any problems within 14 days. In the case of fabric, it is the Buyer's responsibility, regardless of delivery address, to ensure the goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality. The Buyer must:
In the event of any discrepancy whatsoever, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 5 days of arrival of
consignment and before the goods are processed in any way. Otherwise no responsibility can be accepted for any claims.
If goods are faulty or the wrong product has been sent then we will organise a replacement so long as in the case of fabric it is returned in its original, uncut state.
In the cases where goods are made to your specification, if the goods are in any way defective or not produced in accordance with your order specification then you may return the goods to us at our expense.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, minus postage charges paid provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. This does not apply however to the following items that have been made to your measurements:
